JustCBD CBD+THC Ultra Relief Gel with Menthol
JustCBD Ultra Relief Gel is a 4oz topical combining hemp-derived CBD and THC with cooling menthol. Choose the 1,000mg or the 5,000mg strength. The gel absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy film behind, which makes it a sensible thing to keep in a gym bag.
Why we carry this one
It is the only topical we stock that contains THC. Our other two, the Canna River balm and the CBDfx stick, are both broad spectrum with no detectable THC.
The 5,000mg jar is also the best cannabinoid value of any topical here. It works out at a cent per milligram against three and a half for the smaller size.
What is in it?
- Cannabinoids: 1,000mg or 5,000mg per 4oz jar, CBD with hemp-derived THC
- Cooling agent: menthol
- Texture: gel, fast-absorbing, non-greasy
Four ounces either way. The strength is the only difference between the two.
How do you use it?
Massage a generous amount into the skin where you want it, until it absorbs. Reapply as often as you like.
For external use only. Keep it away from eyes and broken skin. Menthol is strong, so try a small patch first if your skin is sensitive.

Questions about this gel
Is the 5,000mg jar worth the higher price?
On cannabinoids per dollar, clearly. The 5,000mg works out at a cent per milligram against three and a half cents for the 1,000mg. Same 4oz jar, and the smaller one costs less up front.
Does a topical with THC affect a drug test?
Topicals are not designed to enter the bloodstream, but this one does contain THC where our other topicals do not. If you are subject to testing, the CBDfx balm stick is broad spectrum with none detected.
Gel, balm or stick?
The gel absorbs fastest and spreads over a large area. A balm stick applies without touching it. A balm tin holds the most cannabinoids per container. All three carry menthol except the Canna River tin.
