CBD for Wellness

115 products

The everyday collection: capsules, gummies and tinctures for people who take CBD as a routine rather than for one particular moment. Potency ranges widely. The Canna River Classic Tincture starts at 100mg of CBD per 1mL serving; the Ultra Classic reaches 20,000mg in a 120mL bottle.

How to build a daily CBD routine

  • Pick a format you will actually keep up with. A gummy is the easiest to remember, a capsule is the easiest to travel with, and a tincture is the one you can adjust.
  • Start at the low end of what the product page suggests and stay there for several days before changing anything. Cannabinoids are not a same-day comparison.
  • Take it at the same time each day. A routine product is only a routine if the timing is consistent.
  • Compare cost per milligram rather than the price on the bottle. A large tincture usually works out lower per milligram than a small one, which is what the Ultra sizes are for.
  • Check the spectrum once and then stop worrying about it. Broad spectrum and isolate have no detectable THC; full spectrum keeps a trace.

What is in this collection

Lazarus Naturals softgels carry 200mg of CBD each, and their High Potency Gummies hold 150mg of CBD isolate per piece, which are both at the top of what anyone puts in a single unit. Canna River Classic is the other end of the scale and the easier place to start: 100mg per 1mL serving in a 15mL bottle, with a dropper marked in quarters. Medterra Daily Relief capsules give 25mg or 50mg of isolate with no THC at all.

Several products go past CBD entirely. The Lazarus Naturals High Potency CBG Tincture is 300mg of CBG per milliliter, with no CBD and no THC in it. The CBDfx Focus Blend combines CBG with Lion's Mane, Cordyceps and Chaga. Those are for someone who already knows how they respond to CBD and wants to change one variable.

All third-party lab tested by batch, with the Certificate of Analysis linked on every product page.

Frequently asked questions

How much CBD should I take daily?

There is no standard amount and it is not a question a store should answer for you. What the product pages do give you is the amount per serving, so you can start low, keep it the same for several days and change one thing at a time.

Should I take CBD in the morning or at night?

Either, and consistency matters more than the hour. Some formulas make the choice for you: a product with caffeine is a morning one and a product with melatonin is not. Plain CBD carries neither.

Which format is best for daily use?

The one you will keep taking. A capsule is a fixed amount with no taste. A gummy is the easiest to remember. A tincture is the only one that lets you move in small steps, which is useful while you are still working out what you want.

Can I take CBD every day?

These are sold as daily wellness products and that is how they are dosed. If you take prescription medication, ask a doctor or pharmacist before adding anything, because that is a question for someone who knows your medication and not for a retailer.

What is the difference between CBD and CBG for everyday use?

They are two different cannabinoids from the same plant. CBD is abundant in hemp and is what most daily products are built on. CBG is scarce, costs more per milligram, and is usually added to CBD rather than taken on its own.
