What is CBD?
CBD (cannabidiol) is one of many natural compounds, called cannabinoids, found in the hemp plant. On its own it is non intoxicating, meaning it won't get you “high.” You'll find it in many forms, including oils, gummies, capsules, and topicals, so you can choose what fits your routine.
What's the difference between CBD and THC?
Both are cannabinoids from the hemp and cannabis plant family. Delta-9 THC is the compound known for an intoxicating “high,” while CBD is non intoxicating. All of our products are hemp derived and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill.
What do broad spectrum, full spectrum, and isolate mean?
Full spectrum keeps all of hemp's natural compounds, including up to 0.3% Delta-9 THC. Broad spectrum keeps that range but with THC reduced to non detectable levels. Isolate is pure CBD with no other cannabinoids. Choose based on whether you want trace THC or none at all.
What are CBG, CBN, and CBC?
They are “minor” cannabinoids naturally found in hemp — cannabigerol (CBG), cannabinol (CBN), and cannabichromene (CBC). They're often included alongside CBD in full and broad spectrum products for a fuller hemp profile.
Is your Delta-9 THC the same as marijuana?
It's the same molecule, but ours is derived from legal hemp and stays under the 0.3% dry weight limit set by the 2018 Farm Bill. It can still be intoxicating, so start with a low serving and go slow.
Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are vegan or plant based, but it varies by brand and item. Check the individual product page and label to confirm.
How do I store my products, and do they expire?
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Check the packaging for each product's best by date.
Safety, Legality & Testing
Are your products legal?
Our products are derived from hemp containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, which is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. State laws vary, and we do not ship where these products are prohibited.
Are your products third-party lab tested?
Yes. Every product is third party lab tested, and you can view its Certificate of Analysis (COA) right on the product page using the “Lab Report” button.
Will CBD or THC show up on a drug test?
It can, yes. Standard drug tests screen for THC. Full spectrum products contain up to 0.3% Delta-9 THC, and our THC products contain Delta-9, either can cause a positive result. Even broad spectrum and isolate products (marketed as non detectable) may contain trace amounts. If you are subject to drug testing, consider avoiding these products.
Do I have to be 21 to order?
Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older to browse or purchase from our store.
Which states do you not ship to?
We ship within the U.S. only and currently do not ship to California, Washington D.C., Idaho or New Jersey. These restrictions reflect current state laws and may change.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, enjoy free shipping on orders over $70, plus 20% off orders of $100 or more.
How long does shipping take, and is it discreet?
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days and arrive in plain, discreet packaging. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship within the United States only and accept payment in USD.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. For safety and compliance, opened consumable hemp products can't be returned. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How do I track my order?

Using Our Products
How much should I take?
Everyone is different. A common approach is to begin with the serving size listed on the label and adjust gradually. Please consult your healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
Can I give CBD to my pet?
We carry CBD made specifically for pets. Follow the dosing on the product label based on your pet's weight. Never give human THC products to animals.
