Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site and purchase our products, and you must be ordering from a location where these products are legal.

Our products

All products sold on this site are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Shipping restrictions

We ship within the United States only and accept payment in USD only. We do not ship to states or territories where our products are prohibited. Orders placed for restricted destinations may be canceled.

Shipping Policy

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. All processing times below are in U.S. Eastern Time (ET).

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM ET on a business day are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET are shipped the next business day.
  • We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, as our shipping carriers (USPS and UPS) are closed.
  • Orders placed Friday after 11:00 AM ET, or any time during the weekend, are shipped the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday). An order placed Friday before 11:00 AM ET still ships that same Friday.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery time after an order has shipped depends on the carrier and your destination and is separate from the processing times listed above. Please also review our shipping restrictions above regarding the states we are unable to ship to.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.
