Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at CBDestiny.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging. For safety and compliance reasons, opened or used consumable hemp products cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email orders@cbdestiny.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at orders@cbdestiny.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
