How do these compare to the functional dog chews?
These are simpler and cheaper per bag. The CBDfx chews hold 600mg with glucosamine and MSM, and the Lazarus chews hold 300mg with a joint blend. These hold 100mg and no additions.
Why is the CBD more expensive per milligram?
You are buying a flavored treat with CBD in it, not a measured supplement. At $0.170 per milligram it is the priciest CBD we sell by that measure. That is the trade for the low bag price.
Can you give a dog CBD made for people?
Do not. Products made for people can contain sweeteners such as xylitol, which is toxic to dogs. The servings are also far too large. These are formulated for dogs.
