What is CBG?
CBG, or cannabigerol, is a minor cannabinoid. Hemp converts most of it into other cannabinoids as the plant matures, so little remains at harvest.

How much caffeine is in a serving?
150mg, released slowly rather than all at once. For reference, a large brewed coffee sits around the same figure. If you are already drinking coffee, count these toward your daily caffeine rather than on top of it.
Can you take them at night?
