Canna River Ultra Pain CBD + CBG Tincture
Canna River Ultra Pain CBD + CBG Tincture is a 120mL bottle holding 15,000mg of CBD and 5,000mg of CBG. That is a 3:1 ratio, or 125mg of CBD and 42mg of CBG in every 1mL serving. Choose Broad Spectrum, which is THC-free, or Full Spectrum, which adds 2.5mg of Delta-9 THC.
Why we carry this one
5,000mg of CBG in one bottle is the most we stock. CBG is the cannabinoid hemp produces least of, which is why most products list it in single-digit milligrams.
It is the daytime twin of Ultra Sleep. Same bottle, same 3:1 structure, same price, CBG in place of CBN.
What is in each serving?
- CBD: 125mg per 1mL serving, 15,000mg per bottle
- CBG: 42mg per 1mL serving, 5,000mg per bottle
- Delta-9 THC: non-detectable in Broad Spectrum, 2.5mg per serving in Full Spectrum
MCT oil base. Flavors: Natural, Lemon Raspberry, Mango Peach and Sweet Mint.
How do you take it?
A full 1mL dropper is 167mg of total cannabinoids, which is a large serving. Start with a quarter dropper and hold it under your tongue for 60 seconds before swallowing.
Allow 30 to 60 minutes before deciding whether to take more. If you take any medication, talk to your doctor first.

What is CBG?
CBG, or cannabigerol, is a minor cannabinoid. Hemp produces very little of it compared with CBD, which is why most CBG products carry it in small amounts.
Questions about this tincture
How does Ultra Pain differ from the standard Pain tincture?
Concentration and ratio. Ultra Pain runs 125mg of CBD and 42mg of CBG per millilitre at 3:1. The standard Pain tincture runs 83mg and 42mg at 2:1. That is proportionally more CBG and less CBD per serving.
Why does CBG cost more than CBD?
Hemp plants convert most of their CBG into other cannabinoids as they mature, so very little remains at harvest. Isolating usable quantities takes more plant material, which is why 5,000mg in one bottle is unusual.
Will the Full Spectrum version show on a drug test?
It can. Full Spectrum contains 2.5mg of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC per serving, and cannabinoid screening does not distinguish hemp from other sources. Choose Broad Spectrum if you are subject to testing.
